The X-Pan shares the same concepts as the X-Series, so it fits nicely into the nesting system. This 8-inch pan is pressed from hard-anodized aluminum which creates a very light and stiff structure. It is polished on the inside to prevent food from sticking to its surface. Rigid, non-corrosive stainless steel handles fold out for use and tuck down for transport. The handles have a heat-resistant silicone grip for non-slip lifting. The 2.8L X-Pot locks inside the 8" X-Pan with a friction fit.
